Being the eighth and final post of this ever riveting fashion blog, I decided I would surprise my avid readers and NOT wear the typical sweats or jeans. Instead, I decided to go with an outfit between the super casual sweats and the dressy internship attire that my blog has consisted of so far. This “business casual” outfit was worn to the Communication Club/Lambda Pi Eta’s Beginnings & Endings dinner on Tuesday, May 1st. The shirt is a simple, grey, Nike golf polo from their Tiger Woods collection. It is not as bright as most of my other golf shirts, but I figured I would keep it tame for such a nice dinner. The shirt is very light-weight and helps avoid getting too hot on a day where it actually could cause people to sweat! Similarly, the shorts are an extremely light khaki color, (almost white), and are from Adidas. They are my favorite pair of shorts, as they, like the shirt, are extremely light-weight and help keep me cool on a hot day, especially if I was to go play golf. To tie the two together, I wore a brown belt to go along with the brown Sperry topsiders on my feet. Overall, it was a nice outfit that was nice enough for the dinner, but still comfortable enough that I never felt stuffy.
I hope you have all enjoyed this peek into the wardrobe of Trevor Bowden, even if it is extremely boring! Thanks for keeping up and maybe I have inspired you to go out and help some kid get a sense of style, as there are obviously some individuals who need more help than others, myself included.
Signing off for the last time,
Trevor Bowden
